About ICTA-EMOS 2026
The International Conference on Technological Advancement in Embedded and Mobile Systems (ICTA-EMOS) is a premier global platform that brings together researchers, academics, industry leaders, innovators, and policymakers.
ICTA-EMOS 2026, hosted by Moi University in Eldoret, Kenya, provides opportunities for sharing cutting-edge research, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and showcasing technological innovations in embedded systems, mobile technologies, electronics, applied artificial intelligence, and related digital technologies.
Following the successful 1st Edition held in 2022 in Arusha, Tanzania, and the 2nd Edition held in 2024 in Kigali, Rwanda, ICTA-EMOS continues to strengthen international collaboration and advance Africa’s digital transformation agenda.

Paper submissions for ICTA-EMOS 2026 officially closed on 30 June 2026.
The Programme Committee thanks all authors for their strong response to the ICTA-EMOS 2026 Call for Papers.
Submitted manuscripts are currently undergoing peer review. The Programme Committee will finalise the conference decisions after the reviews have been completed and assessed.
Paper notification letters will begin to be issued from 27 July 2026.
Authors are kindly requested to monitor their registered email addresses and the conference submission portal for updates concerning the outcome of their submissions.
Authors who receive an Accept with Revisions decision should address the reviewers’ comments and upload the revised manuscript through the paper submission pane.

How to Submit a Revised Paper
Authors who receive an Accept with Revisions decision should follow the instructions below:
- Log in to the ICTA-EMOS 2026 conference portal using the account associated with the original submission.
- Open the My Conference section.
- Select My Contributions.
- Open the relevant accepted or revision-requested contribution.
- Review the comments provided by the reviewers.
- Revise the manuscript and prepare a clean final version.
- Open the paper submission or revision pane linked to the contribution.
- Upload the revised manuscript and confirm that the correct file appears in the submission record.
Important: Please revise the existing paper submission rather than creating a new abstract or duplicate contribution.
If the revision or upload option is not visible, please take a screenshot of the page or error message and contact the conference secretariat for assistance.
Manuscript Templates
Authors preparing revised papers for ICTA-EMOS 2026 should use the official Springer Nature manuscript templates. The full manuscript preparation guidelines are available here: Springer Nature Manuscript Guidelines .
Paper Length
- Full papers: up to 8 pages, including references, figures, and tables.
- Extended full papers: more than 8 pages and up to a maximum of 12 pages, including references, figures, and tables. Additional charges apply for pages beyond the standard 8-page limit.
- Short papers: up to 4 pages, including references, figures, and tables.
Authors are advised to keep manuscripts concise and within the standard page limit where possible. Papers exceeding the standard full-paper length may incur additional page charges.
